Common use of Repayment of Participation Advances Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Participation Advances. 2.8.4.1 Upon (and only upon) receipt by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Bank of immediately available funds from the Borrowers (i) in reimbursement of any payment made by the Issuing Bank under the Letter of Credit with respect to which any Bank has made a Participation Advance to the Issuing Bank, or (ii) in payment of interest on such a payment made by the Issuing Bank under such a Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Issuing Bank will pay to each Bank, in the same funds as those received by the Administrative Agent, the amount of such Bank’s Ratable Share of such funds, except the Administrative Agent shall retain for the account of the Issuing Bank the amount of the Ratable Share of such funds of any Bank that did not make a Participation Advance in respect of such payment by the Issuing Bank.

Repayment of Participation Advances. 2.8.4.1 2.9.4.1 Upon (and only upon) receipt by the Administrative Agent for the account of the applicable Issuing Bank of immediately available funds from the Borrowers Borrower (i) in reimbursement of any payment made by the such Issuing Bank under the Letter of Credit with respect to which any Bank Lender has made a Participation Advance to the Issuing BankAdministrative Agent, or (ii) in payment of interest on such a payment made by the such Issuing Bank under such a Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the such Issuing Bank will pay to each BankLender, in the same funds as those received by the Administrative Agent, the amount of such BankLender’s Ratable Share of such funds, except the Administrative Agent shall retain for the account of the such Issuing Bank the amount of the Ratable Share of such funds of any Bank Lender that did not make a Participation Advance in respect of such payment by the such Issuing Bank.

Repayment of Participation Advances. 2.8.4.1 2.10.4.1 Upon (and only upon) receipt by the Administrative Agent for the its account of the Issuing Bank of immediately available funds from the Borrowers Borrower (i) in reimbursement of any payment made by the Issuing Letter of Credit Bank under the Letter of Credit with respect to which any Bank has made a Participation Advance to the Issuing BankAdministrative Agent, or (ii) in payment of interest on such a payment made by the Issuing Letter of Credit Bank under such a Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Issuing Bank will pay to each Bank, in the same funds as those received by the Administrative Agent, the amount of such Bank’s 's Revolving Credit Ratable Share of such funds, except the Administrative Agent shall retain for the account of deliver to the Issuing Letter of Credit Bank the amount of the Revolving Credit Ratable Share of such funds of any Bank that did not make a Participation Advance in respect of such payment by the Issuing BankAdministrative Agent.
