Common use of Repayment of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received satisfactory evidence that all existing Indebtedness other than Indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 8.6, of or related to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, shall have been repaid or cancelled and all documentation representing such indebtedness shall have been terminated.

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory evidence to the Administrative Agent, that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with existing Indebtedness of the Credit Parties (other than existing Indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 8.6, of 6.3) have been or related to concurrently with the Borrower Closing Date are being repaid in full and its Subsidiaries, terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been repaid terminated and released (or cancelled and all documentation representing such indebtedness arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been terminatedmade).

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance satisfactory evidence to the Administrative Agent, that all principal, interest and other amounts outstanding in connection with existing Indebtedness of the Credit Parties (other than existing Indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 8.6, of 6.3) have been or related to concurrently with the Borrower Closing Date are being repaid in full and its Subsidiaries, terminated and all Liens relating thereto shall have been repaid terminated and released (or cancelled and all documentation representing such indebtedness arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been terminatedmade).

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory evidence to Administrative Agent, that (i) all existing Indebtedness of Borrower, its Subsidiaries and Guarantors has been fully paid, satisfied and discharged, other than Indebtedness permitted pursuant under Subsection 3.1, and (ii) that all Liens in respect of any such Indebtedness to Section 8.6, of or related to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, shall have been repaid or cancelled and all documentation representing such indebtedness shall be paid have been terminated.

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The (i) Administrative Agent shall have received satisfactory evidence that all existing Indebtedness other than Indebtedness (including any commitments therefor) not permitted pursuant to Section 8.6, of or related to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, under subsection 9.2.2 shall have been repaid or cancelled terminated and all documentation representing such indebtedness outstanding amounts therefor shall have been terminatedpaid in full pursuant to documentation in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent and (ii) satisfactory arrangements shall have been made for the termination of all Liens granted in connection therewith.
