Common use of Repayment Dates Clause in Contracts

Repayment Dates. The first instalment for each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche, each subsequent instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017.

Repayment Dates. The first repayment instalment for each Tranche or, as the case may be, Advance shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating relative to that TrancheTranche or, as the case may be, Advance each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at three3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017.repaid:

The first instalment for of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche, each Tranche with subsequent instalment shall be repaid instalments falling due at three-monthly consecutive intervals of three calendar months thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) Maturity Date together with the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017last Scheduled Instalment.

Repayment Dates. The first instalment for Instalment in respect of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to in respect of that Tranche, each subsequent instalment Instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals intervals' thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche Instalment, shall be repaid, together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid of that Tranche, on the earlier of (ai) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of 84 months after the Drawdown Date relating to in respect of that Tranche and (bii) 15 June 201731 March 2021.

The first instalment for of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to in respect of that Tranche, each subsequent instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter Tranche and the last instalment for each Tranche together with the Balloon Instalment balloon instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid relation to that Tranche on the earlier of (a) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Maturity Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017such Tranche.

The first instalment for Instalment in respect of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 three months after the Drawdown Date relating to in respect of that Tranche, each subsequent instalment Instalment in respect of that Tranche shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment for each Instalment in respect of that Tranche shall be repaid, together with the relevant Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid Instalment, on the earlier of (ai) the date falling on the sixth seventh anniversary of the Drawdown Date relating to in respect of that Tranche and (bii) 15 June 201730 May 2021.

The first instalment for of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche, each subsequent instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter Tranche and the last instalment for of each Tranche together with (excluding the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof balloon instalment) shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) the quarterly repayment date falling on or immediately prior to the sixth anniversary of Maturity Date with the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017balloon instalment payable on the Maturity Date.

Repayment Dates. The first repayment instalment for each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche, each subsequent instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) the date falling on 27 months after the sixth anniversary of the first Drawdown Date relating to for an Advance under that Tranche and (b) 15 June 201731 March 2010, each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment shall be repaid together with the applicable Balloon Instalment, on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the ninth anniversary the Drawdown Date for the first Advance in respect of that Tranche and (ii) 31 December 2016.

Repayment Dates. The first instalment for in respect of each Tranche shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date relating to that Trancherelative thereto, each subsequent instalment shall be repaid at three3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment for each Tranche instalment, together with the Balloon Instalment in respect thereof relevant balloon instalment, shall be repaid on the earlier of (a) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date relating to that Tranche and (b) 15 June 2017.as follows:
