If the SFMTA Project Manager requires the Contractor to perform repairs after non-Acceptance or Conditional Acceptance of the Vehicle, the Contractor's representative must begin the repair within five Days after receiving notification from the SFMTA Project Manager of failure of Acceptance tests.
