The 'Repairs and maintenance works' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining and repairing property or equipment covered by the agreement. Repairs and maintenance works. 6.1. EUS shall inform the Shipper about relevant repair and maintenance works on the transmission system of EUS in writing by letter or e-mail at the latest forty-two (42) days before the beginning of such repair works.
6.2. If a previously defined and planned repair period has to be changed, then such a modification must be communicated to the Shipper as soon as possible.
6.3. As soon as EUS is aware of necessary but unforeseen repair works on a transmission network, which might limit or interrupt transmission for the Shipper, EUS is obliged to inform without any delay the Shipper on the duration of such works by a letter or an e-mail as well as to inform about the scope of such works.

EUS shall notify the Shipper about the scope and duration of relevant repair and / or maintenance works on the EUS´s transmission system by means of a letter or via e-mail at least forty-two (42) Days prior to the commencement of such repair and / or maintenance works.
6.2. In case the previously notified date of repair / maintenance needs to be changed, EUS shall communicate such a change to the Shipper as soon as possible.
6.3. As soon as EUS becomes aware of necessary unforeseen repair and / or maintenance works on a transmission network which might limit or interrupt the transmission for the Shipper, EUS shall notify the Shipper without any delay about the scope and duration of such works by means of a letter or via e-mail.
