Common use of Repairs and Corrections Clause in Contracts

Repairs and Corrections. Landlord shall provide Tenant a one-year warranty from the date of delivery of the Premises for defective workmanship and materials. All manufacturers’ and builders’ warranties with respect to the Work shall be issued to or transferred without recourse to both Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall repair or correct any defective work or materials installed by Tenant or any contractor other than the Contractor selected by Landlord, or any work or materials that prove defective as a result of any act or omission of Tenant or any of its employees, agents, invitees, licensees, subtenants, customers, clients, or guests.
