Common use of Repair, Replace, or Modify Clause in Contracts

Repair, Replace, or Modify. If LabStats reasonably believes the Services infringe a third party's intellectual property rights, then LabStats will: (a) obtain the right for Customer, at LabStats’ expense, to continue using the Services; (b) provide a non-infringing functionally equivalent replacement; or (c) modify the Services so that they no longer infringe.
