The 'Reopen' clause allows parties to revisit and potentially renegotiate certain terms of an agreement after it has been executed. Reopen. ACS will enable a “Reopen” button to appear after a file has been closed. ACS shall permit only authorized users to click the Reopen button. If the Reopen button is selected, ACS must place the file on an Active list for the assigned case manager to modify the service details.
