RENTER. Must be 21 or older to rent the Grand Hall. Renter is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits or licenses associated with its activity including, but not limited to, food, beverage or liquor permits. Renter is responsible for the actions of their guests, and will be billed for damages or excessive clean-up costs. Renter’s and guests’ use of the Grand Hall is subject to all local municipal and county ordinances in addition to all rules and regulations governing parks and parkways, and can be terminated immediately at the discretion of local law enforcement authorities and/or FOHPP, if the terms of this contract are misrepresented, violated or when public safety is threatened. Cancellation “For Cause” will result in forfeiture of all fees. This termination provision is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other termination or cancellation provision set forth in this Grand Hall Rental Agreement.
RENTER. This refers to the organizer and co-organizer (if relevant) of the exhibition or event, renting the exhibition halls on the first and fourth floors of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1; these organizers must constitute domestic or foreign government agencies (organizations), and domestic or foreign for-profit or not-for-profit legal entities established in accordance with the law. If the Renter renting Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 is a for-profit legal entity, the paid-in capital of one of its units, or the total paid-in capital of all of its units, must total at least 30 million New Taiwan Dollars (NTD); (NTD will be the currency of use within these Regulations).

RENTER. The person named on the rental contract is liable for the event and must be present throughout the contracted time for the Facility. A person who is a representative of the renting entity may substitute for the person whose name is on the rental agreement if the substitute representative can provide evidence that he or she is authorized to act on behalf of the Renter. RENTER. “you”) means the individual, corporation or other legal entity renting the Box from the Bank. The term “Renter” includes the renter, any co-renter, any authorized signer, or any duly appointed legal representative of the renter, co-renter or authorized signer. Term of Agreement. The initial term, and each renewal term will be one year. At the end of the initial term or any renewal term, this Agreement will automatically renew without notice each year, provided that the Renter has not breached any provision of the Agreement, including but not limited to the Renter’s obligation to pay Box rental fees.
