Common use of RENTER Clause in Contracts

RENTER. This refers to the organizer and co-organizer (if relevant) of the exhibition or event, renting the exhibition halls on the first and fourth floors of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1; these organizers must constitute domestic or foreign government agencies (organizations), and domestic or foreign for-profit or not-for-profit legal entities established in accordance with the law. If the Renter renting Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 is a for-profit legal entity, the paid-in capital of one of its units, or the total paid-in capital of all of its units, must total at least 30 million New Taiwan Dollars (NTD); (NTD will be the currency of use within these Regulations).
