Common use of Rental Value Clause in Contracts

Rental Value. You may use up to 10% of the Coverage A limit of liability for loss of fair rental value as described in Coverage D. We will pay only 1/12 of this 10% for each month the rented part of the Described Location is unfit for its nor- mal use. Payment under this coverage reduces the Cover- age A limit of liability by the amount paid for the same loss.

Rental Value. You may use up to 1020% of the Coverage A limit of liability for loss of fair rental value as described de- scribed in Coverage D. We will pay only 1/12 of this 1020% for each month the rented part of the Described Location is unfit for its nor- mal normal use. Payment under this coverage reduces the Cover- age Cov- erage A limit of liability by the amount paid for the same loss.
