Common use of Rental Interruption Clause in Contracts

Rental Interruption. If requested by Lessor, Lessee shall also obtain and keep in force, for the benefit of Lessor, rental interruption insurance insuring Lessor for the amounts of Base Rent arising from an interruption of the payment of the Base Rent, Expenses and Additional Rent otherwise payable by Lessee hereunder, as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. The premium for such insurance shall be deemed an “Expense” hereunder.

Rental Interruption. If requested by Lessor, Lessee shall also obtain and keep in force, for the benefit of Lessor, or otherwise obtain for Lessor (at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole cost and expense) rental interruption insurance insuring Lessor for the amounts of Base Rent arising from an interruption of the payment of the Base Rent, Expenses and Additional Rent otherwise payable by Lessee hereunder, as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. The premium for such insurance shall be deemed an “Expense” hereunder.
