Common use of Rental Basis Clause in Contracts

Rental Basis. In connection with the permitted uses of the Polk Data referenced in Subsection A. above, all Polk Data permitted to be furnished by MySoftware to any of its customers shall be on a rental basis only and no other basis whatsoever.
