Common use of Rent Default Clause in Contracts

Rent Default. Tenant fails to pay any Rent when due (provided, in the case of the first such failure in any consecutive twelve (12) month period only, such failure shall not constitute a default hereunder unless such failure shall continue for five (5) business days after written notice from Landlord);
