Rent Allocations. The Parties further agree that no later than 60 days following the Distribution Date, WPC shall be reimbursed an aggregate of $366,395.83 for certain estimated rent payable with respect to the NLOP Assets that relates to uncollected rent for the period between October 1, 2023 and the Effective Time, which shall be paid by wire transfer to an account designated by WPC in immediately available funds.
