Renewal Process. The University or Agency may make amendments at any time and such amendments will be made in writing and signed by each party. As necessary, both the University and Agency will review and revise the terms of this affiliation prior to renewal. The party proposing changes to the agreement is required to provide 30 days advanced written notice of the intention to change the agreement.
