Common use of Removal of the General Partner Clause in Contracts

Removal of the General Partner. The General Partner shall be removed if such General Partner is removed as a general partner of the MLP pursuant to Section 11.2 of the MLP Agreement. Such removal shall be effective concurrently with the effectiveness of the removal of such General Partner as the general partner of the MLP pursuant to the terms of the MLP Agreement. If a successor General Partner is elected in connection with the removal of such General Partner as a general partner of the MLP, such successor General Partner shall, upon admission pursuant to Article X, automatically become a successor General Partner of the Partnership and is hereby authorized to and shall continue the business of the Partnership without dissolution. The admission of any such successor General Partner to the Partnership shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10.3.

Removal of the General Partner. (a) The General Partner shall be removed if such the General Partner is removed as a the general partner of the MLP pursuant to Section 11.2 of the MLP Agreement. Such removal shall be effective concurrently with the effectiveness of the removal of such the General Partner as the general partner of the MLP pursuant to the terms of the MLP Agreement. If a successor General Partner general partner for the MLP is elected in connection with the removal of such the General Partner as a general partner of the MLPPartner, such successor General Partner general partner for the MLP shall, upon admission pursuant to Article XX herein, automatically become a the successor General Partner of the Partnership and is hereby authorized to and shall continue the business of the Partnership without dissolutionPartnership. The admission of any such successor General Partner to the Partnership shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10.310.4.

Removal of the General Partner. The General Partner shall be removed if such General Partner is removed as a general partner of the MLP pursuant to Section 11.2 of the MLP Agreement. Such removal shall be effective concurrently with the effectiveness of the removal of such General Partner as the general partner of the MLP pursuant to the terms of the MLP Agreement. If a successor to the General Partner in its capacity as general partner of the MLP is elected in connection with the removal of such General Partner as a general partner of the MLP, as provided in the MLP Agreement, then the Limited Partner shall elect such successor as the successor General Partner of the Partnership and such successor shall, upon admission pursuant to Article XXI, automatically become a successor General Partner of the Partnership and is hereby authorized to and shall continue the business of the Partnership without dissolutionPartnership. The admission of any such successor General Partner to the Partnership shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10.311.4.

If a successor General Partner is elected in connection with the removal of such the General Partner as a general partner of the MLP, such successor General Partner shall, upon admission pursuant to Article XXI, automatically become a successor General Partner of the Partnership and is hereby authorized to and shall continue the business of the Partnership without dissolutionPartnership. The admission of any such successor General Partner to the Partnership shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10.311.2.
