REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES. Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBCONTRACTORS The following requirements shall supplement the requirements of Appendix B, § 42 and 44:  The Contractor shall not in any way be relieved of any responsibility under the Contract by any subcontract.  The Contractor shall be solely responsible to the State and Authorized User for the acts or defaults of its Subcontractor(s) and of such Subcontractors' officers, agents, and employees, each of whom shall for this purpose, be deemed to be the agent or employee of the Contractor to the extent of its subcontract.  Any Deliverable provided or furnished by a Subcontractor shall be deemed for purposes of the Contract to be provided or furnished by the Contractor.  The Contractor shall inform each Subcontractor fully and completely of all provisions and requirements of the Contract, including:
