Removal of Legends, Etc. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 6, the restrictions imposed by this Section 6 upon the transferability of any Registrable Securities shall cease and terminate when any such Registrable Securities are sold or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the intended method of disposition by the seller or sellers thereof set forth in the registration statement or as otherwise contemplated by Section 6(c) which does not require that the securities transferred bear the legend set forth in Section 6(b). Whenever the restrictions imposed by this Section 6 shall terminate as herein provided, the Holder of any Registrable Securities as to which such restrictions have terminated shall be entitled to receive from the Corporation, without expense, one or more new certificates not bearing the restrictive legend set forth in Section 6(b) and not containing any other reference to the restrictions imposed by this Section 6.

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 610, the restrictions imposed by this Section 6 10 upon the transferability of any Registrable Restricted Securities shall cease and terminate when any such Registrable Restricted Securities are sold or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the intended method of disposition by the seller or sellers thereof set forth in the registration statement or as otherwise contemplated by Section 6(c) 10.4 which does not require that the securities transferred bear the legend set forth in Section 6(b)10.3. Whenever the restrictions imposed by this Section 6 10 shall terminate as herein provided, the Holder holder of any Registrable Restricted Securities as to which such restrictions have terminated shall be entitled to receive from the Corporation, without expense, one or more new certificates not bearing the restrictive legend set forth in Section 6(b) 10.3 and not containing any other reference to the restrictions imposed by this Section 610.

Whenever the restrictions imposed by this Section 6 shall terminate as herein provided, the Holder of any Registrable Securities as to which such restrictions have terminated shall be entitled to receive from the Corporation, without expense, one or more new certificates not bearing the restrictive legend set forth in Section 6(b5(a) and not containing any other reference to the restrictions imposed by this Section 65.
