Removal of Individual Property as a Borrowing Base Property - Borrower. From time to time during the term of this Agreement following (i) Borrower’s written request (“Release Request”) and (ii) satisfaction of the Release Conditions, the Administrative Agent shall, in each case to the extent applicable, release the subject Borrowing Base Property Owner (and indirect owners thereof, as applicable) from the Guaranty by executing a Release of Guaranty in the form of Exhibit B to the Guaranty, and thereafter, to the extent such Borrowing Base Property Owner does not own any other Borrowing Base Property, such Borrowing Base Property Owner (and other Guarantors, as applicable) shall no longer be a Loan Party for the purposes of this Agreement; provided, however, any such release by the Administrative Agent shall not be deemed to terminate or release such Borrowing Base Property Owner from any obligation or liability under any Loan Document which specifically by its terms survives the said release or the payment in full of the Obligations.
