If Borrower conceals, removes, transfers, conveys, assigns or permits to be concealed, removed, transferred, conveyed or assigned, any of the Collateral in violation of the terms of the Loan Documents or with the intent to hinder, delay or defraud its creditors or any of them including, without limitation, Lender.
