Common use of Removal of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Removal of Accounts. (a) Subject to the conditions set forth below, the Issuing Entity may, but shall not be obligated to, designate certain Asset Pool One Accounts (the “Removed Asset Pool One Accounts”) the Asset Pool One Receivables in which will be removed from the Collateral. On or before the fifth Business Day (the “Removal Notice Date”) prior to the date on which the Asset Pool One Receivables from the designated Removed Asset Pool One Accounts will be removed from the Collateral (the “Removal Date”), the Issuing Entity shall give the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Servicer and each Note Rating Agency written notice that the Asset Pool One Receivables from such Removed Asset Pool One Accounts are to be removed from the Collateral.

On or before the fifth Business Day (the “"Removal Notice Date”") prior to the date on which the Asset Pool One Receivables from the designated Removed Asset Pool One Accounts will be removed from reassigned by the Collateral Agent to the Issuer (the “"Removal Date”"), the Issuing Entity Issuer shall give the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Collateral Agent, the Servicer and each Note Rating Agency written notice that the Asset Pool One Receivables from such Removed Asset Pool One Accounts are to be removed from reassigned to the CollateralIssuer.
