Removal from the Site Clause Samples

Removal from the Site. Unfixed Materials delivered to, placed on or adjacent to the Site and intended for the Works shall not be removed except for use upon the Works or incorporation into the Works unless the Project Manager has consented in writing to such removal (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
