Removal from Register. (a) The Council will provide a release and discharge of this agreement so that it may be removed from the folios of the Register for the Land (or any part of it) provided the Council is satisfied the Developer has duly fulfilled its obligations under this agreement, and is not otherwise in default of any of the obligations under this agreement.
Removal from Register. (a) All of the parties may request the registrar pursuant to section 199C(1)(c)(ii) of the native title act to remove the details of this framework ILUA from the register by advising the registrar in writing that they wish to terminate this framework ILUA.
Removal from Register. Council must do all things necessary to allow the Landowner to remove the registration of this agreement from the relevant folios of the Register provided that:

Removal from Register. As far as the Grantor is Aware, no steps are pending or threatened against any Group Company for its deregistration in terms of section 82 of the Companies Act.
Removal from Register. The Council must within 10 Business Days of a request by the Developer under this clause, execute any form and supply such other information and do anything as reasonably required by the Developer to enable the release and removal of this Agreement from the folios of the Register for the Land (or any part of it), provided the Developer has duly fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement and is not otherwise in default of any of the obligations under this Agreement.
Removal from Register. (a) From time to time, the Developer may request the Council to facilitate the progressive release and discharge of this document from the relevant folio(s) of the Register for the relevant part of the Land, for which at the date of the request:

Removal from Register. For so long as the Trust is Unlisted, upon the registration of a transfer in favour of the Manager, the name of the Holder shall be removed from the Register in respect of such Units but the name of the Manager need not be entered in the Register as the Holder of such Units. Such removal shall not be treated for any purposes of this Deed as a cancellation of the Units or as withdrawing the same from issue.
