Common use of Removal from Register Clause in Contracts

Removal from Register. The Council will provide a release and discharge of this agreement so that it may be removed from the folios of the Register for the Land (or any part of it) provided the Council is satisfied the Developer has duly fulfilled its obligations under this agreement, and is not otherwise in default of any of the obligations under this agreement.
