Remote/Online. To register for online bidding, the bidder must: (1) complete the required online registration found on the property’s page on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, (2) wire the required funds to Target Auction Escrow Account, and (3) be approved by Target Auction Company. The wired funds required for online bidding are: (1) $25,000.00 to bid on the 49± Acre House Parcel. This will also allow bidding on the “entirety” (both the 49± Acre House Parcel and the additional 45± Acre Parcel) or (2) $5,000.00 to bid only on the 45± Acre Parcel. Wire Instructions available upon request. The bid/offer made by the Bidder on auction day shall be binding on the Bidder. The Winning Bidder (the “Purchaser”) shall pay and wire the required TEN PERCENT (10%) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit, based on Total Contract Price, to Target Auction Escrow Account by the end of next business day and shall execute and deliver to Target a completed Contract To Sell and Purchase (the “Contract”) on Auction Day, together with all related Exhibits for such Property. The fully executed Contract (together with all related Exhibits thereto) shall control all Terms and Conditions of Sale and constitute the entire agreement between Purchaser and Seller. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of such Contract, the Terms and Conditions of the Contract shall prevail. NO CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE PERMITTED. PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO THE CONTRACT “AS IS” ON AUCTION DAY. MaxBids that are placed on the online bidding platform are private; however they can be seen by Auctioneer.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • Remote Work Buyer agrees that Honeywell may provide some or all of the Services remotely using an internet connection and may install additional software and related communication and/or diagnostic devices on Buyer's applicable systems (the “Systems”) to enable such connection and/or remote work. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to fully cooperate with Honeywell’s installation and commissioning of such software and devices on the Systems. To the extent required by Honeywell, Buyer will enable and consents to internet connectivity between its applicable Systems and Honeywell’s applicable computer server(s)/system(s) and/or the Honeywell cloud platform(s) throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Telephone Support The Fund Designated Persons may contact State Street’s HORIZONR Help Desk and Fund Assistance Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Eastern time) on all business days for the purpose of obtaining answers to questions about the use of the System, or to report apparent problems with the System. From time to time, the Fund shall provide to State Street a list of persons who shall be permitted to contact State Street for assistance (such persons being referred to as the “Fund Designated Persons”).
