Remote Offices. i. The parties agree to explore the possibility of setting up digital links between the U.S.A. and technology parks in India, which would enable to transmission of data from the U.S.A. for processing in India. ii. Specific terms for this service will be subsequently negotiated, agreed upon and recorded in a supplementary Agreement.
