Remote Facilities. All buildings, improvements, fixtures and equipment described as Remote Facilities in the Easement Agreement recorded in Vol. 1372, Page 644 of the Official Records of Freestone County, Texas (collectively, the “Remote Facilities”) on the land described in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Grantor Land”).
