Remote Access Facility. 6.1 CLEC must access the PACIFIC OSS interfaces via the Pacific Remote Access Facility (PRAF). Connection to the PRAF will be established via a “port” either through dial-up or direct connection. CLEC may utilize a single port to access these interfaces to perform the supported functions in PACIFIC where CLEC has executed an Appendix OSS and purchases System Access.
