Remittance Reports; Advances by the Master Servicer. (a) On the 18th day of each month (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a report (the “Remittance Report”), in the form of an electronic format mutually acceptable to each party. The Remittance Report and any written information supplemental thereto shall include such information with respect to the Mortgage Loans that is required by the Trustee for purposes of making the calculations and preparing the statement described in Sections 4.01 and 4.02, as set forth in written specifications or guidelines issued by the Trustee from time to time.
