Common use of Remittance Reports; Advances by the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Remittance Reports; Advances by the Master Servicer. (a) On the 19th calendar day of the month (but in any event no later than the 21st calendar day of the month), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a report, prepared as of the close of business on the Business Day preceding such Determination Date (the “Remittance Report”), in the form of an electromagnetic tape, disk or such other electronic format agreeable to both parties. The Remittance Report and any written information supplemental thereto shall include such information with respect to the Mortgage Loans that is required by the Trustee for purposes of making the calculations and preparing the statement described in Sections 4.01 and 4.02, as set forth in written specifications or guidelines issued by the Trustee from time to time. The Trustee shall have no obligation to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.
