REMEDIES OF THE DEPARTMENT. The Department shall be free to invoke any and all remedies permitted under Wisconsin law. In particular, if the Contractor fails to perform as specified in the Contract, the Department may issue a written notice of default providing for at least a thirty (30) business day period in which the Contractor shall have an opportunity to cure, provided that cure is possible, feasible, and approved in writing by the Department. Time allowed for cure of a default shall not diminish or eliminate the Contractor’s liability.
