Remedies of the Association. 4.01. The Additional Event of Suspension is that the Program, or a significant part thereof, has been amended, repealed, or suspended, at the instance of the Recipient, so as to affect materially and adversely the ability of the Recipient to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement.
