In the event of a breach or threatened breach by the Executive of any provision of this Section 8, the Executive acknowledges that it would be difficult to determine and measure the Company’s monetary damages. The Company shall therefore be entitled to obtain a restraining order, injunction and all other appropriate equitable remedies in addition to other applicable remedies provided by applicable law. The Company may institute such action, and the Executive hereby consents to the exercise of personal jurisdiction and venue, in any federal or state court in New York, NY or Boston, MA.
