Remediation Management Sample Clauses
Remediation Management. 9.1 The Supplier shall monitor available remediation solutions and promptly evaluate, test, and implement those solutions in the systems supporting the Services or processing ALCON Data.
9.2 If the Supplier determines not to implement a specific remediation solution following an evaluation, the Supplier shall:
(a) Implement alternative controls or security protections to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems supporting the Services or processing ALCON Data; or
(b) Provide ALCON, upon its reasonable request, with sufficient evidence explaining the Supplier’s decision not to implement the remediation solution.
Remediation Management. Provider will make its remediation team available for consultation related to the ongoing remedial actions which exist as of the Distribution Date at following three facilities: (a) Frankford (Philadelphia, PA), (b) Hopewell, Virginia, and (c) Chesterfield, Virginia, as well as ongoing Cogentrix Steam site remediation. Such consultation will be provided on an as-needed basis. Consultation would be for both internal and external communications and meeting with both third party contractors and government regulators.
Remediation Management. Support from Honeywell remediation team for remediation at main facilities as well as ongoing Cogentrix Steam site remediation. This support may require participation and discussion in Recipient internal meetings.
