In January of 2021, the decision was made to proceed with the original scope which was to “implement the changes and make sure the model runs smoothly”. The scope and budget below reflect that level of effort. The current version of RTC TDM runs with TransCAD 8.0 on a Windows 10 computer and this update will be delivered using the same version. The current base year is 2015 and this work will be confined to that dataset. As noted above, the 2015 base year model results will not be calibrated or validated due to the limited budget and scope of this project. The client in this document refers to the City of Fernley.
