RELY ON DATA. The Engineer shall indicate to the City the information needed for rendering of services hereunder. The City shall provide to the Engineer such information as is available to the City and the City’s consultants and contractors, and the Engineer shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof. The Engineer shall review information provided by the City and others and shall give the City an opinion of the risk associated with reliance on such information. The City understands that it is impossible to eliminate all risk, because of the inherent limitation of the techniques available to develop the information, or because of errors, omissions or inaccuracies, which may exist in the information. This article does not modify Article VIII of this Agreement.
