Relocations Alterations. 10.1 If the Railroad Company determines that any of the Licensee’s Facilities or the location thereof must be changed or altered because of relocations of the Railroad Company’s trackage, or other reasons determined solely at Railroad Company discretion, the Railroad Company shall promptly notify the Licensee of such plans (and give at least 60 days written notice thereof). In such event, the Railroad Company agrees that the Licensee shall be allowed to move its Facilities to other available Right of Way or land of the Railroad Company, such relocation to be at the sole cost and expense of the Licensee.
