Relocation Plan Requirements. (1) If the demolition of the severely distressed public housing units and any community facilities is approved on the basis of a HUD-approved demolition application submitted to HUD pursuant to Section 18 of the 1937 Act ("Section 18 Demolition Application"), relocation is subject to the Uniform Relocation Act (URA) and Section 18 of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. (2) If demolition of the severely distressed public housing units and any community facilities is approved on the basis of a HUD-approved Section 202 Conversion Plan, relocation is subject to the provisions of the URA.
