Common use of Relocation or Transfer Clause in Contracts

Relocation or Transfer. Other than in the ordinary course of Guarantor’s business, sell, lease, abandon or otherwise dispose of, move, relocate, or transfer, whether by sale or otherwise without Lender’s prior written consent: (i) Guarantor’s business, or (ii) any item of collateral securing this Guaranty.
