Common use of Relieving Rate Clause in Contracts

Relieving Rate. An employee assigned to relieve a Gas Bar Operator for one (1) full calendar week or more shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all time so designated by the Company. This premium will be paid to a maximum of one (1) employee at any time per Gas Bar.
