Reliance on Terms. Section 1.1, 1.7, 1.8 and 2.5 of this Agreement are agreed to for the benefit of Merchant, GCF and Processor, and notwithstanding the fact that Processor is not a party of this Agreement, Processor may rely upon their terms and raise them as a defense in any action.
