Common use of Reliance on Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Guaranty. All extensions of credit and financial accommodations heretofore or hereafter made by the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank or any Lender under or in respect of the Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be conclusively presumed to have been made in reliance on and acceptance of this Guaranty.

Reliance on Guaranty.
