Common use of Reliance on Data Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Data. Subject to its standard of care under this Agreement, the Administrator may rely upon the information it receives from the Fund or any authorized third party. The Administrator shall have no responsibility to confirm or otherwise verify the accuracy or completeness of any data supplied to it by or on behalf of the Fund.
