Common use of Reliance by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) the joint written instructions of Seller and Buyer, and (b) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or Seller.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) the joint written instructions of Seller Sellers and Buyer, and (b) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or SellerSellers.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) written notice of Buyer pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, (b) the joint written instructions of Seller and Buyer, and (bc) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or Seller.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) the joint written instructions of Seller and Buyer, Release Instructions; and (b) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer Purchaser or Seller.

Reliance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with any of: (a) written notice of Seller pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof, (b) written notice of Buyer pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, (c) the joint written instructions of Seller and Buyer, and (bd) a final order of a court of competent jurisdiction authorizing the Escrow Agent to release the Deposit, or any portion thereof, to Buyer or Seller.
