In making any distribution and in taking any action whatsoever pursuant hereto, the Escrow Agent may rely upon and shall be fully protected in relying upon any certificate, waiver notice, affidavit or other paper or document believed by Escrow Agent in good faith to be genuine or upon any evidence deemed by Escrow Agent in good faith to be sufficient.
