Common use of Relevant Records Clause in Contracts

Relevant Records. LICENSEE shall maintain accurate financial books and records pertaining to and LICENSEE’s sale of the Product, including any and all calculations of the applicable Fees (collectively, “Relevant Records”). LICENSEE shall maintain the Relevant Records for the longer of: (a) the period of time required by Applicable Law, or (b) three (3) years following expiration or termination of this Agreement.
