Relevant Property. For purposes of this Section 4.16, real property or equipment owned, leased, occupied, controlled or used by WWMT or WLAJ shall include real property and equipment owned, leased, occupied, controlled or used by WWMT or WLAJ and all real property and equipment formerly owned by WWMT or WLAJ, if any, at the time such property was owned, leased, occupied, controlled or used by Seller, WLAJ, Inc. or Granite.

Relevant Property. For purposes of this Agreement, Relevant Property shall mean all real property and equipment owned, leased, occupied, controlled or used by WNGS and all real property and equipment formerly owned, occupied or used by WNGS or used by WNGS.

  • B8 Property B8.1 Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. Any sums paid upon or in respect of the Pledged Securities upon the liquidation or dissolution of any issuer thereof shall be paid over to the Administrative Agent to be held by it hereunder as additional collateral security for the Obligations if an Event of Default then exists, and in case any distribution of capital shall be made on or in respect of the Pledged Securities or any property shall be distributed upon or with respect to the Pledged Securities pursuant to the recapitalization or reclassification of the capital of any issuer thereof or pursuant to the reorganization thereof, the property so distributed shall, if an Event of Default then exists, and unless otherwise subject to a perfected security interest in favor of the Administrative Agent, be delivered to the Administrative Agent to be held by it hereunder as additional collateral security for the Obligations. If any sums of money or property so paid or distributed in respect of the Pledged Securities shall be received by such Grantor in violation of the immediately preceding sentence, such Grantor shall, until such money or property is paid or delivered to the Administrative Agent, hold such money or property in trust for the Secured Parties, segregated from other funds of such Grantor, as additional collateral security for the Obligations.

  • Occupancy of the Mortgaged Property As of the date of origination, the Mortgaged Property was lawfully occupied under applicable law;

There have not been any condemnation proceedings with respect to the Mortgaged Property and the Seller has no knowledge of any such proceedings in the future;

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. The parties shall ensure all necessary transfers or other transactions relating to the above properties are completed on or prior to the Disaffiliation Date. Any costs resulting from such transfers or other transactions shall be borne by Local Church. Annual Conference shall fully cooperate with Local Church, as needed and applicable, to ensure that such transfers and other transactions convey all of Annual Conference’s interest – both for itself and on behalf of The United Methodist Church – in the Real Property and Personal Property, both tangible and intangible, of Local Church.
