Relevant legislation. The following provisions shall also apply in addition to those set out in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and the Paid Parental Leave Act 2010 (Cth) as varied or replaced from time to time through legislative change. The provisions within this clause shall also operate in conjunction with the relevant policies and procedures adopted by TransGrid from time to time.
