Relevant legislation. 12.1 ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ B.V. complies to Relevant Legislation for as far the obligations stemming from it refer to Data Processors directly; 12.2 This Data Processing Agreement is governed by Dutch law only; 12.3 Potential disputes between ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ B.V. and User arising from this DPA or its execution, will exclusively be dealt with by the competent court located in Amsterdam.
